Starting Fortia…

Taking longer than usual. Inspections you started are saved on this device.

Add what your operation runs on.

Insight, every screen and control come with Fortia, and so does some AI: the sign-off review and searching findings by meaning. Modules add to them. Every module is on the Professional plan, and an admin switches each one on separately. Only the Playbook starts on.

Assets: a sticker on everything that can fail.

The walk-in fridge in a kitchen, the racking in a stockroom, the train on a ride. Each gets its own record and its own QR sticker. Scan it and you see what’s open on it and the inspections written for it.

Pick a sticker to scan it

The phone shows what the scan opens. Switch the signal off to see what needs a connection. Demo data: fictional sites and records.

The register sits below each site.

Each asset belongs to one site and one category. A new organization can start from a ready-made set of categories, one for kitchens and one for attractions.

  • Stickers by the sheetPrint one sticker, or a sheet of 24 for a whole category.
  • Or an NFC tagAn asset’s page can write its walk-up link to an NFC tag, from Chrome on Android. Reading needs nothing special: tap the tag with an iPhone or an Android phone and the same page opens as a scan.
  • One code, replaceableReplace an asset’s code and every old sticker and NFC tag for it stops working.
  • Only the inspections that fitA scan offers the programs written for that kind of asset, or for the whole site.
  • Found something unregistered? The inspector adds it during the inspection, offline too, and names it at sign-off.
  • Its whole historyEvery asset keeps a timeline, and a new finding shows the earlier findings on the same asset beside it.

Sites get a walk-up sticker and NFC tag of their own without this module. With Assets on, a site’s walk-up also lists what’s registered there, and anyone at an asset’s sticker can write to the site’s activity log. Someone without access to the site gets “not found”, never a hint it exists.

Park operations: nothing opens on a guess.

Built for rides and attractions, and for anything that has to pass before it opens. A ride stays shut until today’s opening check is signed and no critical finding stands against it. The park’s day runs from 04:00 to 04:00, so a late night event stays in the day it started.

    Down

Demo data. In Fortia the walk is signed in the inspection itself; here a button stands in for it. Opening in bulk never overrides a gate.

  • Override, on the record. A written reason, a frozen picture of what was refused, until 04:00. Countersign optional, park-wide or per ride.
  • Lockdown. A critical on a running ride takes it out of service at once, and the people who can reopen it get a push.
  • Downtime. Every outage with its cause, plus mean time between failures and to repair. Closed hours never count.

Switch on what you run.

Start with Assets wherever there is equipment worth a sticker. Add Park operations for rides and attractions. Each module works without the others, and an admin can switch any of them off again. Fortia is in early access: tell us what you run and we’ll set it up with you.

Every person, site and record on this page is demo data. The kitchen and store are fictional; ride names are from Fortia’s fictional demo park.
