When a fix doesn’t hold, you know.

Fail the same check again and Fortia adds it to the finding that is already open, with every time it was seen, instead of opening a new one. A fix that fails its recheck stays open. And a problem that keeps coming back with nobody on it is raised to you.

One problem, one finding: Twelve fails of the same fridge are one finding with twelve sightings, not twelve tickets to close.
Severity keeps its peak: A better reading today does not quietly downgrade a problem that was critical last week.
Done is not fixed: Ask for a recheck and the finding stays open until it passes, so a work order marked done is not the end of the story.

What every inspection record holds

Every inspection ends as a record that holds up: who answered, on which version, what it raised, who fixed it and how the fix was verified.

Sign-off and countersign: The inspector signs, a manager countersigns where the program asks for it, and both names stay on the record.
Reports and exports: Records, coverage and exports for owners and auditors, read-only for the people who only need to look.
