Starting Fortia…

Taking longer than usual. Inspections you started are saved on this device.

Hear about it before you ask.

Every night Fortia goes over the open work across your estate and puts a short list on each manager’s Today page: what keeps coming back, what has stalled, what nobody has picked up. A card closes by itself once its problem clears.

5 to look at
  1. Recurring, unrepairedHavnegade

Walk-in fridge above 5 °C, fourth time since August

The work order closed on 1 Oct. The fault came back twice since.

  2. Verification stalledToldboden

Fire door repair waiting 8 days for a recheck

Nobody has claimed the recheck stage.

  3. Inspection overdueLyngby Outlet

    Weekly ladder check not started

Due Monday. Nobody has opened it.

  4. Manager loadOrganization

Mette Kjær holds 17 open work orders

Six of them are past due.

  5. Program with no recent runsOrganization

Allergen labelling check: no runs in 30 days

It is scheduled at 41 sites and none has signed it off.

Demo data. Cards about a site show only to managers who can see that site; organization-wide cards go to organization-wide managers.

Passing isn’t the same as fine.

A site can pass every inspection and still be getting worse. Fortia compares each site with its own usual results on the same program, not with a league table, and shows you why it flagged it.

Demo data: fictional sites and results.

Four minutes for a twenty-minute check.

A run signed off far faster than the inspector usually takes on that program is worth a look. Fortia measures each person against their own pace, never against a colleague, and only supervisors see it.

Only supervisors see this. It points at a run worth opening; it never ranks people against each other.

Did every site do its checks?

One sentence answers it for the whole estate. Then slice by facility group, site or program until you find the three sites that need a phone call.

1,194 of 1,248 scheduled inspections signed off this month, 1,160 on time. On time is up 2 points on last week.

Deadlines that know when you’re closed.

Every finding and work order runs against a deadline, and deadlines count only the hours each site is open. A finding’s clock also pauses while its work order is in progress. What shows as overdue is really overdue.

Hand the auditor a file, not a story.

Every signed-off inspection is a record you can print: who signed, what it raised, and a timeline of who did what. Reopen one and every signature clears, but the history stays.

Your estate, read every night.

Fortia is in early access. Tell us about your sites and we’ll show you what your own morning list would look like.

Every site, person and number on this page is demo data.
